Let us create unforgettable moments
Turn your delegates into manuhiri (guests) with Pounamu Ngāi Tahu Contact us to discuss your event and how we can bring the spirit of our awesome culture to your conference in Christchurch.
Our guided walks and waka paddling activities take place just outside Te Pae and the Town Hall, on the Ōtākaro Avon River — at the heart of where Christchurch began, and where Ngāi Tūāhuriri and, before them, Ngāi Tahu lived on the surrounding landscapes. Statues and carved pou (poles) now stand as landmarks, marking the presence and legacy of those early settlers.
